Jon Fry was a Dj and promoter in Norwich during the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s.. From 1981 to 1991 he was entertainment manager and dj at the jacquard club, Norwich. At this time when the club was sold it took a totally different path to its creators intentions, and to this end let it be on record that The Jacquard Club was a Live Jazz Folk and Blues Club, from which the Jacquard name became famous and named by Ronnie Scott as a leading Jazz Club in the UK.
